I enjoyed this piece from David Smiths collection because of it's illusion it creates. The cubes seem to be caving inward as they get taller. It's unique in the sense that its base is a elongated cube that is on its side, which supports all the other cubes that are going in a curved direction. I can't imagine the frustration it took to create this without it tipping over, and being able to support the whole structure; especially since it's made out of a heavy and dense material.
