Vik Muniz

Vik Muniz is an extremely talented artist who was born during 1961 in São Paulo, Brazil. He is notable for his pictures, however, an extraordinary amount of effort is put forth to get the perfect shot. Muniz uses unorthodox materials such as garbage, food, amd coins to make detailed images in which he can lay down and photograph. For example, pictured above is Muniz's remake of Van Gogh's Starry Night, however, the only material he used to create this was magazine clippings. He created this during 2012, and also made several Manet and Cezzane remakes.
